Alex is currently a research associate at the University of Sheffield working on CT2: Environment. His PhD focussed on the development of novel frameworks for the holistic sustainability assessment (environmental, economic, and societal) of fast-moving value chains. His academic interests include the deployment of multi criteria decision making techniques within lifecycle assessments, supporting strategic progression towards sustainable industrial ecosystems. In addition to this, Alex is active in the development of quantitative social impact characterisation models.
